What is hypnotherapy?Hypnotherapy is a form of ‘focused relaxation'. You’ll perhaps be surprised to know that you actually go in and out of trance regularly
throughout the day, all of your own accord.
In our sessions, I help lead you into that lovely relaxed trance state, where you are then able to easily access the “problem solving” part of your brain, through deep relaxation and focused concentration. You are always in complete control and are still aware of everything going on around you, but you are in your subconscious mind, a place where it’s much easier to take information and suggestion. What can it help with? There are so many things that hypnotherapy can help, and these are just some of the reasons clients have come to me. If there’s something you need help with that you don’t see on the list, please get in touch to see if I can help.

What happens in a session?Depending on the results you’re looking to achieve, I always start with an 'Initial Consultation'. This is where I will ask for some information from you, and we discuss how I can best help you. Then, we have a little chat about the brain, and you’ll be amazed at how things will start to make sense, and all the little light bulb moments you’ll start to
have. I also give you a complimentary mp3 to listen to to support our sessions. If you feel it’s for you, then we’ll get you back a week later and we will use a variety of proven techniques to help you start to “figure things out” and “make sense of things.” Then we get you into a lovely relaxing trance. Remember – we don’t discuss the problems- only the solutions, and we can have lots of fun doing so. Hypnosis is not something I do to you, it’s something I do with you, and by working together I am confident that we will be able to bring about positive, lasting changes in your life. Who can have hypnotherapy?I treat both adults and children from the age of 6, I am fully insured and hold a current PVG certificate.
